The technological parameters of drying plant raw materials of portulaca oleracea have been determined, providing the optimal combination of process speed, manufacturability and degree of preservation of consumer properties. A study of the qualitative composition and quantitative content of mineral elements was carried out, and a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was also carried out for the simultaneous determination of hesperidin, caffeic acid, ferulic acid and p-coumarinic acid in portulaca oleracea
