On the basis of the previously developed technique, the industrially applied method for the synthesis of the substance of the “Koglumet” preparation, which is a mixed-ligand Co (III) hydroxocomplex with vitamin U and glutamic acid, was improved. With the use of IR spectroscopy, the competitive coordination of the functional groups of ligands to the central atom was investigated, and the characteristics of the thermolysis of the obtained product were investigated
