STUDY OF ACUTE TOXICITY AND HEMOSTATIC ACTIVITY OF LIQUID EXTRACT «HEMOSTAS»

Studied of acute toxicity and hepatoprotective activity of the liquid extract «Hepafit». In the study of acute toxicity, was found that the oral administration of the liquid extract «Hepafit» is well tolerated, since in the high dose is not observed the death of animals. According to the classification GOST 12.1.007-76 belongs to the 4th class of toxicity – substances low-risk (low-toxic). The study of the hepatoprotective activity of the liquid extract «Hepafit» showed, that effectiveness of the liquid extract and recommended for the restoration and strengthening of protective forces of the liver in various diseases, as well as to increase the reactivity of the organism to the effects of environmental factors.
