. In the article there were given practical recommendations for creating an automated information system for analyzing and assessing the quality of knowledge in the edu-cational process using artificial neural networks. In the conditions of uncertainty, there will be possibilities of classifying and clastering with the help of information system built in artificial neural network according to students’ mastered knowledge in the condition of very wide various information and as well as forecasting the learning process and identifying intersubject connec-tions.
