This article analyzes the registration books of sharia courts schools in Turkestan after 1867. For example, saved up to now books related to the Andijan district’s sharia courts and congresses, studies the structure, components, language and source-value of the court’s books. Moreover, subjected to analysis problems associated with clerical courts school books.
