The article deals with the issues of improving the institution of the organization of children left without parental care. The author studied the problems of organizing children left without parental care, adoption, adoption of children into the family (patronage), curatorship and guardianship. The issues of deinstitutionalization of “Mehribonlik” houses in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the practice of foreign countries, legislation regulating adoption, the introduction of judicial procedure for adoption are analyzed. In conclusion, the author makes recommendations for improving family law.
