The article is devoted to international legal cooperation mechanisms in the field of women's rights. The author gives their classification, highlighting the control mechanisms and control procedures. Some mechanisms and procedures are aimed at ensuring the rights of women, while others are aimed at protecting the rights of women in case of their violation. In addition, it is possible to speak of an international mechanism for the protection of women's human rights both at a universal level, primarily in the UN system, and at the regional level, as applied to international regional organizations. Regional structures for the protection of women's rights are designed to complement efforts made at the universal level within the UN. The author notes that the ever-growing number of structures involved in the protection of women within the UN, and their continuous improvement increasingly confirms the need to further develop international cooperation in order to ensure and protect the rights of women.
