The risk of making suicid is high among the people with chronic endocrynic diseases. And the factor of disease progressing is more important for the suicid risk than its hardness or the loss of the fitness for work. The purpose of the observation is to study the pecularities of endocrynic disfunctions of the patients with uncompleted suicides. 105 patients with uncompleted suicides, who were on stationary treatment in Andijan branch of RNCEMP were studied in order to solve the supplied problems. Among the suicid people there were persons with endocrynic disfunctions, which were showing with definite constitutions of morfophenotip, samototopic belong, the signs of hypo- and hyperthyreosis and the phenomenon of endocrynic psychosyndrom. In the mechanism of suicid developing the main part plays endocrynic disfunction besides psychologic, social and microsocial factors.
