ЖИГАР ЭХИНОКОККОЗИНИНГ ЙИРИНГЛАГАН АСОРАТЛАРИДА ДЕКАСАН ПРЕПАРАТИНИНГ ИШЛАТИЛИШИ

The article presents the results of operative treatment of 57 patients with he-patic echinococci and its fracture, which was being treated in the Khorezm regional multifunc-tional thoracic surgical department for 2007–2017. Patients’ treatment outcomes were learned by retrospectively dividing them into two groups (control and primary groups). The age of the patients ranged from 18 to 72 years. From them, 34 people were men (59,65%) and 23 people were women (40,35). Post operative residual stenosis in patients with control group was norma-lized with traditional antiseptic drugs, with a decansan solution of 0,02% in major group of patients. According to the results, the use of decansan solution 0,02% for postoperative purulent elongation after exinococyctomy has significantly improved the results of surgical treatment.
