УМУМИНСОНИЙ ДЕМОКРАТИК ПРИНЦИПЛАР – МИЛЛИЙ ЎЗЛИКНИ АНГЛАШНИНГ МУҲИМ ТУЗИЛМАСИ

In the article the thought about human values and democratic principles form the basis of democracy was stated. It is also elucidated that human democratic principles manifest themselves in human values; human values in turn are generalized expression of natio-nal and regional values. The analysis of human democratic principles being an important struc-ture in national self-awareness was given by the example of independent Uzbekistan.
