The article presents information on fruits and vegetables in Uzbekistan, as well as on the production of fruit and vegetable products through fruit growing and vegetable growing, intensification of intensive orchards. During the current water shortage, intensive orchards in the country can be used for drip irrigation and rational use of water by trees.
