COMPETENCY APPROACH IN THE EXTERNAL TRAINING OF STUDENTS OF NON-LINGUISTIC INSTITUTIONS

The article is about relevancy of foreign languages in modern society as every country has to cooperate with other countries in all spheres: in education, economy, poli-tics and so on. Training of competitive personnel and specialists in above-mentioned fields re-quire training languages as well. In this case it is important to confirm that the expansion of professional international communication, business, negotiations with foreign partners, work with technical documentation in a production training abroad necessitate a fuller use of a fo-reign language competence of students studying in technical professions.
