СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ПРЕДСТАВЛЕНИЯ О ПОДАГРЕ И ИНСУЛИНОРЕЗИСТЕНТНОСТИ

This review summarizes current data on the presence of pathogenic relationships between gout and insulin resistance. Studies have shown the existence of a variety of gout symptoms of insulin resistance: impaired glucose tolerance, hyperlipidemia, and obesity. Analysis of uric acid levels showed a direct correlation with insulin resistance level of hyperuricemia. Patients diagnosed with insulin resistance tended to have a protracted course of gouty arthritis. Prediction gout patients with insulin resistance is less favorable as regards the development of cardiovascular disorders and type 2 diabetes, and with respect to the actual flow of gout.
