The importance of teaching culture in foreign language classrooms is too great. However, effective use of TV programs, Video clips, music entertainment programs re-quire a careful planning by the teacher. Studying culture with a task-oriented and cooperative learning approach adds a new dimension of achievement and understanding for the students. Above mentioned materials were described in this article.
