IMPLICATIONS OF LINGUISTIC COMPETENCE, COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE AND PRAGMATIC COMPETENCE FOR FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING AND TESTING

The article is devoted to the discussion of the importance of formulating students’ linguistic, communicative, pragmatic competences in foreign language teaching and learning process. In other words, it highlights the significance of building linguistic, communi-cative and pragmatic competences in students in order for them to acquire a foreign language successfully and to develop a successful communication in a foreign language.
