ПРОБЛЕМЫ РЕФОРМИРОВАНИЯ СУДЕБНОЙ ВЛАСТИ В КОНТЕКСТЕ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ ГРАЖДАНСКОГО ДЕМОКРАТИЧЕСКОГО ОБЩЕСТВА

The article examines the problems of reforming the judicial branch of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the context of the formation of a civil democratic society. The role of the judicial branch in the formation of a civil society is described. The stages of judicial reform carried out during the years of independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan are considered. A comparative analysis were carried out and the prospects for the ongoing judicial reform were described.
