ОПЫТ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ ИНКРЕТИНОВ В ЛЕЧЕНИИ БОЛЬНЫХ САХАРНЫМ ДИАБЕТОМ 2 ТИПА

We examined 80 patients with type 2 diabetes in the endocrinology department of clinic №3 TMA. The median age of patients was examined ± 3,15 56 years, duration of diabetes 3.59 ± 1.54 years. Surveyed patients were divided into two groups. The first group consisted of 40 patients in which treatment was used DPP-4 inhibitors (Sitagliptin) and a biguanide (metformin). The second group included 40 patients who received glimepiride (Amaryl) with metformin. Patients included in the 1st and 2nd groups were comparable in age, sex and duration, severity, frequency of late complications of diabetes, also comorbidities. It has been studied in these patients, and fasting blood sugar after a meal, glycated hemoglobin, biochemical studies before and after treatment. In the application of incretins in combination with a biguanide in patients with type 2 diabetes, there was a significant positive trend in the subjective data, ie decrease in complaints of 48.5%. Incretins significantly reduced fasting glucose, postprandial glycemia. Application of incretins in combination with a biguanide led to a reduction in glycosylated hemoglobin from baseline values, as well as a comparison group therapy of diabetes. Effects on liver and kidney function in the application of incretins were not revealed.
