ТИОМОЧЕВИНА ҲОСИЛАЛАРИНИНГ ЯЛЛИҒЛАНИШГА ҚАРШИ ФАОЛЛИГИНИ ЎРГАНИШ

In this article there were studied the anti-inflammatory activity and acute toxicity of a new thiourea derivative (code: BIC-39), selected after screening studies among 12 compounds from this group. The experiments were carried out on white rats and white mice. The specific effect of the drug was studied in various models of inflammation caused by formalin, dextran, serotonin, histamine and silver nitrate. For comparison, the activity of the drug buta-dione was used in a dose of 100 mg/kg, ibuprofen (50 mg/kg), indomethacin (10 mg/kg) and vol-taren (15 mg/kg. Received data showed that BIK-39 has a high anti-inflammatory activity and low toxicity, and in this respect it is superior to the reference drugs.
