ON DERIVATIONS AND LOCAL DERIVATIONS ON FINITE - DIMENSIONAL REAL FACTORS

The paper is devoted to study derivations and local derivations on a finite-di-mensional real factor. It is proven that any derivation on a finite-dimensional real factor is an inner derivation. Hence, it follows that a finite-dimensional real factor has the inner derivation property. That is real and quaternionic matrix algebras have the inner derivation property.
