Rote learning is a memorization technique based on repetition. Repetition, in fact, is not only the easiest way to learn something. It is often the only way to learn something. Today’s public educators, of course, look down on rote learning and consider it like to a form of child abuse. Rote learning is widely used in the mastery of foundation knowledge.
