ҚАДИМГИ ТУРКИЙ МАҚОЛЛАРДА ЗИДЛОВ

Ancient Turkic proverbs have their thousand-year history. Many linguistic factors influenced their emergence and formation. These factors also influenced proverbial style. This article analyzes the contradiction in the proverbs taken from “Divan Lughat at-turk” by Makhmud Kashghary. There was revealed the place of contradictions in providing readers with content of proverbs.
