ОСОБЕННОСТИ ФУНКЦИИ ВНЕШНЕГО ДЫХАНИЯ У БОЛЬНЫХ РЕВМАТОИДНЫМ АРТРИТОМ

Purpose of work: To study the frequency and the features of clinic-functional conditions of lungs in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, conditions of respiratory system in correlation with clinic forms of rheumatoid arthritis, study the effect of the basic treatment on pro-inflammatory anti-inflammatory cytokines and life quality.Clinic-functional damage of lungs at RA, monitoring of the airway conductance, observations of the functions of external breathing in correlation with clinic-immunologic occurrence of diseases have been carried out. Comparative effectiveness of Prednisolone for treating the patients with RA has been proved.There suggested to include into the complex of diagnostics the methods of easier performance to early detection of respiratory changes at RA. The obtained findings allow optimizing the treatment for the patients with RA using the developed methods of investigations in the treatment of lung damage in prophylactic institutions.
