This article is devoted to develop and analyze strategic interest of US in the Central Asia region. In spite of long distance between US and Central Asia, there are important ties which connected them. Especially spheres of security, policy and economy are key factors for them. Relations between US and Central Asia were not stable. However, after 9/11 Central Asia became key partner of US in field of security against fighting terrorism. Despite little attention to Central Asia in Trump's strategy, the region will stay major partner of US which their interest include political, security, economy, transport and logistic.
