Изучение технологии борьбы с биоплёнками и микробиологической коррозией в водных системах промышленности

The method of controlling the microbiological environment, by affecting the content of nutrients’ in water, which makes a powerful impulse to the growth of bacteria, is considered. The infl uence of biotenzides at adenosine triphosphate (ATPh) on biofi lm formation has been analyzed. It has been revealed, that the biofi lm when is attached to the surface with hydrogen bridge bonds, possible to rupture with alkalis or surfructants. In particular, in the oxidative-hydrolytic action, the phospholipid decomposes into phosphate acid, glycerol and fatty acids. In this case, these fatty acids are able to destroy the hydrogen bridge bonds of the biofi lm from the surfaces of the technological systems.
