The article presents the results of studies of the efficacy and tolerability of the drug Esref® (esomeprazole) capsules with micropellets 40 mg manufactured by FE LLC “NOBEL PHARMSANOAT”, Uzbekistan, in comparison with the drug Pompezo (esomeprazole) capsules with micropellets 40 mg manufactured by «World Medicine» Turkey, in patients with a diagnosis of GERD, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, gastritis type B. According to the results of the obtained data, conclusions were drawn about the comparability of the action of these drugs.
