The article presents the results of experimental studies on the carotene content in three pomological varieties of apricots, in four 
pomological varieties of peaches and in three pomological varieties of plums grown in Uzbekistan, as well as the effect of weather
and climatic conditions on the accumulation of this valuable provitamin A-carotene.
