The article describes the influence of the irrigation regime of durum winter wheat varieties on the yield and protein content in grain. Also discussed in this article is the increase in the number of irrigations in the 2018-2020 season. And the shortening of the watering period led to an increase in grain yield and a decrease in the amount of protein in the grain.
