Статья посвящена исследованию особенностей моделей национальной инновационной системы, в частности Евроатлантическая, Восточноазиатская, Альтернативная, Модель тройной спирали. Изучена современная типология моделей национальной инновационной системы, проанализированы характерные черты каждой из них. По результатам исследования сделан вывод о том, что ключевыми факторами инновационного развития являются различные инструменты государственного стимулирования.

Maqola milliy innovatsion tizim modellarining xususiyatlarini, xususan, EvroAtlantika, Sharqiy Osiyo, Alternativ, Triple Helix Modelini o'rganishga bag'ishlangan. Milliy innovatsion tizim modellarining zamonaviy tipologiyasi o‘rganilib, ularning har biriga xos xususiyatlar tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, innovatsion rivojlanishning asosiy omillari davlat tomonidan rag‘batlantirishning turli vositalari ekanligi to‘g‘risida xulosa chiqarildi.

The article is devoted to the study of the features of models of the national innovation system, in particular the Euro-Atlantic, East Asian, Alternative, Triple Helix Model. The modern typology of models of the national innovation system has been studied, and the characteristic features of each of them have been analyzed. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the key factors of innovative development are various instruments of government incentives.
