Dermatoglyphics appeared at the end of the 19th century, as the science of testing the human body, based on the study of the signs of patterns on the skin of the palmar side of the hands and feet. There are three main types of finger patterns: arcs, loops and curls. At the same time, for various research purposes, different groups of signs are identified and described. There are no two humans on the earth with the same patterns on the fingers. Scientists of dermatoglyphics have learned to tell by the patterns on the fingers not only about a person’s susceptibility to diseases, but also about his professional qualities - to determine the character, temperament, type of behavioral adaptation of a person in society.
