В данной работе осуществлен анализ экспортного потенциала Ташкентской области Республики Узбекистан с применением модели конкурентных преимуществ Майкла Портера. Интеграция подхода Портера и других методов анализа позволила: осуществить диагностику текущего состояния экспортного потенциала; выявить спектр конкурентных преимуществ региона, разработать дорожную карту стратегических инициатив, выработать систему мониторинга и оценки эффективности в сфере экспортной политики региона. Особое внимание уделялось практической применимости рекомендаций с учетом: реальных возможностей бизнеса, институциональной среды, глобальных трендов (деглобализация, ESG-трансформация).

Ushbu maqolada Maykl Porterning raqobatdoshlik ustunliklari modelidan foydalangan holda O‘zbekiston Respublikasining Toshkent viloyati eksport salohiyati tahlil qilinadi. Porter yondashuvi va boshqa tahlil usullarining integratsiyasi quyidagilarga imkon berdi: eksport salohiyatining hozirgi holatini diagnostika qilish, mintaqaning raqobatbardosh ustunliklari doirasini aniqlash, strategik tashabbuslarning yo‘l xaritasini ishlab chiqish, hududning eksport siyosati samaradorligini monitoring qilish va baholash tizimini ishlab chiqish. Quyidagilarni hisobga olgan holda tavsiyalarning amaliy qo‘llanilishiga alohida e’tibor qaratildi: real biznes imkoniyatlari, institutsional muhit, global tendensiyalar (deglobalizatsiya, ESG transformatsiyasi).

This paper analyzes the export potential of the Tashkent region of the Republic of Uzbekistan using Michael Porter's competitive advantage model. The integration of Porter's approach and other analysis methods allowed: to diagnose the current state of export potential, to identify the range of competitive advantages of the region, to develop a roadmap of strategic initiatives, to develop a system for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the region's export policy. Particular attention was paid to the practical applicability of recommendations, taking into account: real business opportunities, institutional environment, global trends (deglobalization, ESG transformation).
