SLIB.UZ Platform Integrated with the National Anti-Plagiarism System Antiplag.uz
To improve the quality of scientific articles and research works and to strengthen compliance with publication ethics, the SLIB.UZ platform has been integrated with the national anti-plagiarism system Antiplag.uz. Antiplag.uz offers AI-based plagiarism detection, multilingual checks, and comprehensive reporting.
As part of efforts to enhance transparency, efficiency, and quality in the scientific publishing ecosystem and to support publication ethics, the SLIB.UZ platform has been integrated with the national anti-plagiarism system Antiplag.uz.
What does the integration provide?
- Plagiarism and similarity detection: Antiplag.uz uses artificial intelligence and machine-learning approaches to identify similar, reused, and substantively borrowed texts.
- Multilingual checks: the system supports checking texts in Uzbek, Russian, English, and other languages.
- Full reports and sources: detailed reports, source lists, and a conclusion (certificate) can be provided based on the results.
- AI-text detection: Antiplag.uz also notes functionality for detecting text generated using AI technologies.
How does it work?
When uploading a work to the platform (or submitting it into the editorial/peer-review process), users can launch a check via Antiplag.uz and attach the resulting report to the workflow. This:
- for authors — increases confidence in the work’s quality before submission;
- for editorial teams and reviewers — strengthens the evidence base for decision-making.
Note: the similarity percentage is not a “grade”; the goal is to improve research culture by ensuring proper citation, correct source referencing, and respect for copyright (from an ethical perspective).
