Аннотация. В статье представлено современное состояние проблемы билиарных осложнений после резекций печени. Проанализированы и обсуждены вопросы этиопатогенеза, степени тяжести, диагностики и лечения билиарных осложнений после резекции печени.

Annotation. The article presents the current state of the problem of biliary complications after liver resections. Issues of etiopathogenesis, severity, diagnosis and treatment of biliary complications after liver resection are analyzed and discussed.
