Ушбу мақолада ҳисоблаш ва инфокоммуникация қурилмаларининг энергия таъминоти жараёнида электр энергия манбалари катталикларини иккиламчи сигналларга ўтказиш, ўлчов ва назоратнинг кўп параметрли ўзгарткичлари ҳамда уларнинг замонавий аппарат-дастурий воситаларини кенг қўллаш, улар ёрдамида мониторинг олиб бориш тамойиллари, қурилмаларнинг узлуксиз ва сифатли ишлашини таъминлаш сигналларини қабул қилувчи, қайта ишловчи ҳамда тегишли асосда узатувчи воситаларнинг тузилиш тамойили, модел ва дастурий таъминоти келтирилган. Шунингдек, ишлаб чиқилган энергия таъминоти назорат қурилмасида кечувчи жараёнлар ва қурилмани йиғишда танлаб олинган функционал модуллар асосланган. Тадқиқотнинг асосий мақсадидан келиб чиқиб, ўрнатилган тизим архитектураси асосида мониторинг алгоритми ҳамда дастурий мажмуаси ишлаб чиқилган. Татбиқ этилган модел асосида мониторинг учун аппарат ва дастурий мажмуа ўртасида интеграция жараёнлари батафсил келтириб ўтилган. Дастурий мажмуанинг мониторинг жараёнларида статистик маълумотларни йиғиш ва қайта ишлаш учун маълумотлар базасининг IDEF моделлари ишлаб чиқилиб, асослари келтирилган. Манбаларнинг электр энергия ишлаб чиқариши ва сарфини ой, йил ва кунлар кесимида корхоналарда қўллаб, амалий натижалар график ва жадваллар кўринишида олинган.

В работе рассмотрены использование многомерных измерительных и управляющих преобразователей во вторичные сигналы и их современных аппаратнопрограммных средств при измерении и мониторинге источников питания в процессе электроснабжения вычислительных и инфокоммуникационных устройств, а также принципы их контроля, приема сигналов для обеспечения бесперебойной и качественной работы этих устройств. В соответствии с этим приведены принцип построения, модель и программное обеспечение рабочих и передающих сред. Разработанное устройство управления электропитанием основано на протекающих процессах и выбранных функциональных модулях. Исходя из основной цели исследования, был разработан алгоритм мониторинга и программный комплекс на основе встроенной архитектуры системы. На базе реализованной модели для мониторинга подробно описаны процессы интеграции между аппаратным и программным обеспечением. Разработаны и представлены модели базы данных IDEF для сбора и обработки статистических данных в процессах мониторинга программного комплекса. Практические результаты источников выработки электроэнергии и ее использования на предприятиях по месяцам, годам и дням представлены в виде графиков и таблиц.

The paper reviews the use of multidimensional measuring and control variables and their modern hardware and software in the conversion of power sources to secondary signals in the power supply processes of computing and info-communication devices, the principles of monitoring them, and receiving signals to ensure smooth and quality operation of devices. It also elucidates the principle of construction, model and software of working and transmitting media on an appropriate basis. The developed power supply control device is based on the ongoing processes and functional modules selected when the device was assembled. According to the main objective of the study, a monitoring algorithm and software package were developed based on the built-in system architecture. The implemented model was used to describe integration processes taking place between the hardware and software for monitoring, in detail. The research enabled the development and introduction of models of the IDEF database destined for the collection and processing of statistical data in monitoring processes of a software package. Practical results from the generation of sources of electricity and its use in enterprises by month, year and day, are presented in the form of graphs and tables.
