Ushbu maqola ushbu o’zgarishlarning asosini tashkil etuvchi nazariy va uslubiy asoslarni har tomonlama tushunishga qaratilgan. Поведение потребителей в сфере банковских услуг значительно изменилось из-за технологических достижений, изменения социальных ценностей и растущих ожиданий клиентов. Эта статья направлена на всестороннее понимание теоретических и методологических основ, лежащих в основе этих изменений. Путем проведения обзора литературы в этом исследовании рассматриваются критические теоретические основы, такие как теория запланированного поведения, модель принятия технологий и теория взаимодействия с клиентами, которые предлагают понимание факторов, влияющих на поведение потребителей в банковском секторе. Кроме того, он исследует методологические подходы, включая опросы, интервью и анализ данных, используемые для исследования и анализа моделей поведения потребителей. Обобщая существующие знания, этот документ предоставляет ценную информацию для академических кругов и отрасли, помогая формировать стратегии, которые эффективно адаптируются к меняющейся динамике поведения потребителей на рынке банковских услуг.

Consumer behavior in banking services has changed significantly due to technological advancements, shifting societal values, and evolving customer expectations. This paper aims to comprehensively understand the theoretical and methodological foundations that underlie these changes. By conducting a literature review, this study examines critical theoretical frameworks, such as the theory of planned behavior, technology acceptance model, and customer engagement theory, which offer insights into the factors influencing consumer behavior in the banking sector. Moreover, it explores methodological approaches, including surveys, interviews, and data analytics, employed to investigate and analyze consumer behavior patterns. By synthesizing existing knowledge, this paper provides valuable insights for academia and industry, helping to shape strategies that effectively adapt to the evolving dynamics of consumer behavior in the banking services market.
