В нем также говорится о качестве механизмов сотрудничества, подробно описывается предыдущий опыт аналогичных проектов с высшими учебными заведениями и объясняется, как университеты-партнеры планируют распределять обязанности, роли и задачи на протяжении всего срока реализации проекта. Влияние и распространение интернационализации учитывает желаемое воздействие проекта мобильности на партнерские организации на местном, региональном и национальном уровнях

The article discusses the relevance of each university's internationalization strategy. It also addresses the quality of the collaboration arrangements, details previous experience with similar projects with higher education institutions, and explains how the partner universities plan to distribute responsibilities, roles and tasks throughout the life of the project. The impact and spread of internationalization takes into account the desired impact of the mobility project on partner organizations at local, regional and national levels
