This article explores the mechanisms for developing professional tolerance qualities in future teachers. The development of tolerance is crucial in creating inclusive and respectful learning environments. This study delves into various strategies and approaches that can be utilized to foster tolerance among aspiring educators. Key mechanisms such as professional development programs, mentorship, collaborative learning communities, curriculum audits, parent and community engagement, student involvement, feedback and evaluation, and recognition and celebration are discussed. By implementing these mechanisms, educators can equip future teachers with the essential skills and attitudes necessary to promote diversity and inclusivity in educational settings. Ultimately, this research highlights the significance of cultivating tolerance in educators to create a more inclusive society
