UVni ketma-ket aniqlash bilan HPLC usulidan foydalanib, Basella rubra L.ning suvli-spirtli ekstraktlarida fenolik birikmalarni aniqlash mumkin bo'ldi; Aniqlangan birikmalar barglarda ko'p miqdorda bo'lib, ularning asosiy komponenti rutin (barglarida 82,14 mg/g va poyada 52,41 mg/g).
Olingan maʼlumotlardan xulosa qilishimiz mumkinki, kimyoviy tarkibiy qismlarning xilma-xilligi tufayli dorivor xususiyatlari keng boʻlgan Basella rubra L.ni toksikologik va boshqa koʻrsatkichlar boʻyicha qoʻshimcha oʻrganish orqali
qimmatli samarali dorivor oʻsimliklarni olish mumkin.
Using the HPLC method with sequential UV detection, it was possible to identify phenolic compounds in hydroalcoholic extracts of Basella rubra L., dihydroquercetin, rutin, rosavin, quercetin and salidroside were found in the leaves and stems of Basella rubra L. The identified compounds are found in large quantities in the leaves, and the major component of them is rutin (82.14 mg / g in leaves and 52.41 mg / g in stems). From the obtained data, it can be concluded that Basella rubra L., which has a wide range of medicinal properties due to the diversity of chemical components, can be further studied
for toxicological and other parameters to obtain a valuable effective phytopreparation.

Методом ВЭЖХ с последовательным УФ-детектированием, удалось идентифицировать фенольные соединения в водно-спиртовых экстрактах Basella rubra L., в листьях и стеблях Basella rubra L. обнаружены дигидрокверцетрин, рутин, розавин, кверцетин и салидрозид. Идентифицированные соединения находятся в большом количестве в листьях, а мажорным компонентом из них является рутин (82,14 мг/г в листьях и 52,41 мг/г в стеблях).
Из полученных данных можно сделать вывод, что Basella rubra L., обладающее широким спектром лекарственных свойств благодаря разнообразию химических компонентов, может быть дополнительно исследован по токсикологическим и
другим параметрам для получения ценного эффективного фитопрепарата.
