The role of digital technologies in the transition to a green economy is growing. This study analyzes the impact of digital technologies on environmental sustainability, their role in improving energy efficiency, waste management, and reducing carbon emissions. Also considered are the main problems encountered in the transition to a green economy – financial barriers, insufficient technological infrastructure and lack of qualified personnel. Based on the results of the study, recommendations have been developed to strengthen the integration of the green economy and digital technologies.
