The formation of initiative in schoolchildren is not only ensuring their future professionalism, but also develops the ability to an independent thinking, creating problems, analyzing problems. Initiate, the active and creative approach of the person is the ability to target new ideas to implement new ideas, involuntary approach issues. These qualitatively, students are necessary to make independent decision, defend their opinion, and develop leadership skills in team work. This article contains the theoretical and practical aspects of initiative in schoolchildren, pedagogical capabilities, effective positions and teachers in this process. The education environment also provides scientific analysis on the effectiveness of initiative, the effectiveness of interactive methods and the impact of extracurricular activities
