This article analyzes the practical situation of the labor regulation system at small enterprises producing sewing and knitting products in the Fergana region and its impact on economic efficiency. Based on the labor regulation system, the main indicators of labor productivity, optimal distribution of working time, production costs and production efficiency were studied. Based on empirical data, the impact of labor regulation on the cost of production, profitability and quality indicators of products was determined. Based on the analysis, conclusions and proposals for improving the system were developed.
