ИЗУЧЕНИЕ ВЛИЯНИЯ СКОРОСТИ ВХОДЯЩЕГО ПОТОКА НА ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ ЦИКЛОНОВ

Изучено влияние скорости входящего потока пыли и размеров входного отверстия циклона на его производительность. Структура поля потока была исследована с помощью расчетов с использованием модели турбулентности напряжений Рейнольдса (МТНР) для циклонного сепаратора. Результаты показывают, что максимальная тангенциальная скорость в циклоне уменьшается с увеличением размеров входа в циклон. В пространстве циклона ускорение не происходит (максимальная тангенциальная скорость почти постоянна во всем циклоне). Увеличение размеров входного отверстия циклона снижает падение давления. Диаметр отсечки циклона увеличивается с увеличением входного размера циклона (следовательно, общий КПД циклона снижается из-за слабой силы вихря). Эффект от изменения ширины входа более значителен, чем высота входа, особенно для диаметра отсечки. Влияние моделирования колебаний скорости на прогноз эффективности сбора циклонных сепараторов было численно исследовано с использованием МТНР и моделирования больших вихрей (МБВ). Подход к моделированию Эйлера-Лагранжа использован Solidworks Flow Simulation для моделирования трехмерных нестационарных турбулентных потоков газа и твердых тел в высокоэффективном циклоне Стэрманд. Результаты моделирования были сопоставлены с доступными литературными данными. Анализ результатов показывает, что МТНР и МБВ адекватно предсказали среднее поле течения. Также МБВ имеет хорошие характеристики при прогнозировании флуктуирующего поля потока и эффективности улавливания для каждого размера частиц. И на прогноз эффективности улавливания, особенно для мелких частиц, большое влияние оказывает моделирование колебаний скорости в циклонах.
