В настоящее время компьютерные технологии и программы для моделирования не обошли сферу водного хозяйства. Программа HBV-light (Hydrologiska Byrans Vattenavdelning) является одной из моделей, используемых сегодня во всём мире в сфере гидравлики и гидрологии. В данной статье с помощью модели HBV-light оценены роль и влияние природных условий (температуры, ветра, почвы) на генерацию потока. В программу были включены метеорологические данные Джизакской области за период с 26 апреля 2021 года по 21 сентября 2023 года и оценено их влияние на формирование потока. По метеорологическим данным получены средние, максимальные и минимальные показатели температуры, влажности воздуха, скорости ветра, испарения, солнечной радиации и суточных изменений осадков за три года. В результате выявлено, что количество воды увеличивалось при повышении средней температуры и уменьшалось при понижении температуры воздуха, а влияние осадков уменьшалось при повышении температуры и увеличивалось при понижении температуры. Структура почвы также оказывала влияние на образование потока, то есть структура почвы, её механический состав варьировались в зависимости от характера накопления воды в ней, и, соответственно, по мере увеличения количества воды, накопленной в почве, поток уменьшался, а при уменьшении – увеличивался. Кроме того, на графиках прямой зависимости испарения от температуры при формировании потока было обнаружено, что при высоком испарении поток увеличивается, а при малом – снижается. В качестве другого параметра можно указать грунтовые воды. При этом поток также имеет прямую зависимость с грунтовыми водами. Доказано, что влияние вышеперечисленных параметров на формирование потока существенное.
