Водородная энергетика является одним из экологически чистых и возобновляемых источников энергии. В этой области за последние годы ведется множество экспериментальных, теоретических и моделирующих исследований, направленных на производство и хранение водорода, с быстрыми темпами развития. Особенно следует отметить фундаментальные исследования процесса адсорбции водорода в оксиде кремния, а точнее, моделирующие исследования, которые находятся на ранних стадиях. Исходя из этого, в данном исследовании были изучены свойства хранения водорода аморфным кремнием с использованием метода молекулярной динамики и компьютерного моделирования. В процессе исследования было выбрано дефектное аморфное кремниевое строение. Полученные результаты показали, что дефекты в аморфном кремнии влияют на процесс адсорбции водорода и, соответственно, на процесс хранения водорода. Это исследование помогает понять основные механизмы хранения водорода в дефектных оксидах кремния на атомарном уровне.
