Bugungi kunda O‘zbekiston sharoitida “OKMK” AJ tasarrufidagi kam miqdorda nodir metallar saqlagan texnogen chiqindilarni qayta ishlash hamda ulardan nodir va qimmatbaho metallar ajratib olishning kompleks texnologiyasi mavjud emas. “OKMK” AJ tarkibidagi platina, palladiy va rodiy tarkibli texnogen chiqindilarining mavjudligi kombinatni bir necha yilga rudani qayta ishlamasdan, chiqindilarni qayta ishlash hisobiga ishlab chiqarish sanoatini amalga oshirishi mumkinligini ko‘rsatadi. Ushbu maqolada metallurgiya chiqindilarini boyitish mahsulotlarini birlashtirish hamda sanoat chiqindilaridan platina va palladiyni mis qizil shlamlaridan ajratib olish imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, platina va palladiyni tanlab eritish usullarining samaradorligi aniqlanadi, platina guruhi metallarini eritish, qayta tiklash usullari va ularni turli zararli qo‘shimchalardan tozalash usullariga alohida e’tibor beriladi. Tadqiqotlar natijasida ko‘p bosqichli tozalovchi qayta ishlash jarayonlari bilan platina va palladiy ajratib olishning chuqur gidrometallurgik kompleks texnologiyasi ishlab chiqildi.

Сегодня в условиях Узбекистана в АО «АГМК» отсутствует комплексная технология переработки техногенных отходов с небольшими количествами редких металлов и их извлечения. Наличие в АО «АГМК» техногенных отходов, содержащих платину, палладий и родий, дает потенциал заводу заниматься производственной деятельностью, перерабатывая отходы в течение нескольких лет, без переработки руды. В данной статье рассматривается возможность объединения продуктов обогащения отходов металлургического производства и извлечения платины и палладия из техногенных отходов – медного красного шлама. В работе определена эффективность методов селективного выщелачивания платины и палладия, а также уделено внимание способам растворения и восстановления платиновых металлов и методам их очистки от различных примесей. Разработана глубокая комплексная гидрометаллургическая технология извлечения платины и палладия с многоступенчатыми процессами рафинирования.
Nowadays, in the given conditions of Uzbekistan, there is hardly any comprehensive technology either for processing of industrial waste or extraction of rare and precious metals at the JSC “AGMK” with small amounts of rare metals. The presence of the man-made waste containing platinum, palladium and rhodium in AGMK JSC indicates that the plant can manage the industry, having been processing the waste for several years without recycling the ore. This article discusses the feasibility of combining the products of enrichment of metallurgical waste and of extracting of platinum and palladium from industrial waste - copper red mud. This work defines the effectiveness of methods for selective leaching of platinum and palladium as well as it focuses on methods of dissolution, reduction of platinum metals and their purification from various impurities. A fundamental hydrometallurgical comprehensive technology for extraction of platinum and palladium with multistage refining processes has been developed as a result of the research.
