В статье освещены цифровая трансформация розничных банковских услуг, каналы обслуживания в цифровых банках, анализ статистических данных о видах и объемах розничных кредитов, а также опыт развитых стран в развитии розничных банковских услуг. В процессе подготовки научной статьи были эффективно использованы методы сравнения данных, группировки данных и экспертной оценки, а также представлены выводы и предложения авторов по развитию розничного банковского обслуживания в процессе цифровой трансформации.

The article covers the digital transformation of retail banking services, service channels in digital banks, analysis of statistical data on the types and volume of retail loans, and the experience of developed countries in the development of retail banking services. In the process of preparing the scientific article, the methods of data comparison, data grouping, and expert evaluation were effectively used, and the authors' conclusions and suggestions on the development of retail banking services in the process of digital transformation were presented.
