В данной статье анализируется трансформация государства, бизнеса и общества в цифровую экономику в соответствии с уровнем использования и цифровыми навыками населения. В результате с помощью эконометрического анализа было выделено положительное влияние использования цифровых продуктов и услуг на уровень бедности населения.

The current article discusses the transformation process of the state, business and society into the digital economy and analyzes depending on the level of the use of digital skills of the population. As a result, using econometric analysis, the positive impact of the use of digital products and services on the level of poverty of the population was highlighted.
