Ushbu maqola Samarqand viloyati misolida urbanizatsiya darajasiga ta’sir etuvchi omillarni o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda 2000-2022 yillar oralig‘idagi 96 ta ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy, demografik va infratuzilmaviy ko‘rsatkichlar tahlil qilingan. Boshkomponentlar tahlili (PCA) usuli qo‘llanilgan holda, bu omillar 25 ta asosiy komponentgacha kamaytirilgan. Natijalar iqtisodiy rivojlanish, demografik o‘zgarishlar va ijtimoiy infratuzilmaning urbanizatsiya jarayoniga eng kuchli ta’sir ko‘rsatishini aniqladi. Maqolada Samarqand viloyatidagi urbanizatsiya jarayonlarini samarali boshqarish uchun kompleks yondashuv zarurligiga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari nafaqat ilmiy, balki amaliy ahamiyatga ham ega bo‘lib, shahar rivojlanish strategiyalarini ishlab chiqishda qo‘llanilishi mumkin

This article is dedicated to studying the factors influencing the level of urbanization using the exampleof Samarkand region. The study analyzed 96 socio-economic, demographic, and infrastructural indicators for the period 2000-2022. Using the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method, these factors were reduced to 25 main components. The results identified that economic development, demographic changes, and social infrastructure have the strongest impact on the urbanization process. The article emphasizes the need for a comprehensive approach to effectively manage urbanization processes in Samarkand region. The research findings have not only scientific but also practical significance and can be applied in developing urban development strategies
Данная статья посвящена изучению факторов, влияющих на уровень урбанизации на примере Самаркандской области. В исследовании были проанализированы 96 социально-экономических, демографических и инфраструктурных показателей за период 2000-2022 годов. С использованием метода анализа главных компонент (PCA) эти факторы были сокращены до 25 основных компонент. Результаты показали, что экономическое развитие, демографические изменения и социальная инфраструктура оказывают наиболее сильное влияние на процесс урбанизации. В статье особое внимание уделяется необходимости комплексного подхода для эффективного управления процессами урбанизации в Самаркандской области. Результаты исследования имеют не только научное, но и практическое значение и могут быть применены при разработке стратегий городского развития.
