Turizm global iqtisodiyotning muhim qismiga aylandi va texnologiya bu sohada tobora kengroq qo‘llanilmoqda. “Smart turizm” atamasi so‘nggi yillarda keng tarqaldi, u texnologik innovatsiyalarni turizm sanoatiga qo‘llash va sayohatchi tajribasi sifatini yaxshilashni o‘z ichiga oladi. Ushbu maqola smart turizmning paydo bo‘lish tarixi, asosiy rivojlanish bosqichlari va hozirgi davrdagi ahamiyatini tahlil qiladi.
