В данной статье представлены данные об особенностях этиологии, патогенеза клиники, диагностики и лечения остеопороза, связанного с беременностью и лактацией (ОБЛ) у женщин репродуктивного возраста.Знание особенностей клинических проявлений облегчит раннюю диагностику, что имеет решающее значение для своевременного лечения, при наличии метаболических нарушений костей. Так как до настоящего времени не определены наилучший подходы к лечению женщин с ОБЛ, и, следовательно, необходимы дальнейшие исследования этого состояния.
