Ushbu maqola davlat-xususiy sheriklik (DXSh) asosida sanoat tarmoqlarini rivojlantirishning nazariy asoslarini oʻrganadi. DXSh loyihalari davlat va xususiy sektor resurslarini birlashtirib, infratuzilma va xizmatlarni yaxshilashga qaratilgan. Sanoat sohasida innovatsiyalarni ragʻbatlantirish va iqtisodiy oʻsishni taʼminlash uchun DXShni oʻrni ifodalanilgan. Shuningdek, davlat xususiy sherikligi asosida sanoat tarmoqlari rivojlanishning nazariy asoslari hamda iqtisodchi olimlarning yondashuvlari koʻrib chiqilgan. Shu bilan bir qatorda sanoatga taʼsirini ifodalovchi DXSh modellari ham yoritib berilgan.

В статье рассматриваются теоретические основы развития промышленности на основе государственно-частного партнерства (ГЧП). Проекты ГЧП объединяют ресурсы государственного и частного секторов для улучшения инфраструктуры и услуг. Подчеркивается роль ГЧП в стимулировании инноваций в промышленности и обеспечении экономического роста. Также были рассмотрены теоретические основы развития промышленности на основе государственно-частного партнерства и подходы экономистов. В то же время особое внимание уделяется моделям ГЧП, которые отражают влияние на отрасль.

This article examines the theoretical foundations of the development of industrial sectors based on public-private partnerships (PPPs). PPP projects are aimed at improving infrastructure and services by combining public and private sector resources. The role of PPPs in stimulating innovation in the industrial sector and ensuring economic growth is outlined. The theoretical foundations of the development of industrial sectors based on public-private partnerships and the approaches of economists are also reviewed. At the same time, PPP models that reflect their impact on industry are also highlighted.
